Legal Battle of Use of Prince Song

In my morning trolling of social media websites and e-letters, I come across this story about a legal battle over the use of a Prince song (let's go crazy) that was used in a home video. The video is if a young kid dancing to the music. It's one of those harmless types of videos many parents shoot, throw up on YouTube and share with family and friends. I can't believe they are busting the moms chops over this.

If this becomes the norm, maybe I should remove this video of my youngest (now 1 year old), doing her best Nolan Thomas impression:
