Ortiz wrist injury follow-up

Hate to say it, but here it comes.

I told you so. I told you that this whole Ortiz thing would be worse than expected. The stories are starting to leak. There's uncertainty in the air around the big man's wrist. Will he have surgery? Will it heal on it's own?

The biggest question is who is going to step up in the meantime? Last night it was JD Drew, as the Sox inched closer to reclaiming first place in the AL East by beating the DRays, yea, that's the, the first place DRays. Rumor has it that Mr. Roids, aka Barry Bonds might be on the radar screen.
