What the hell is up with people wearing pro athletic jerseys but only putting them half on? It's absolutely retarded. This dude just so happens to be wearing a pats jersey, Lawyor Milloy to be exact. So not only is he wearing a jersey half on but he's wearing a jersey of a player who hasn't played for the pats in years! Three other people have had that number since, maybe more. Maybe I am getting old but I just don't get it.
