Social media can be a leg-breaking collector for the mob

Imagine this scenario:

You work for a professional services firm. You do great work for your client. The program goes on for a year with good results all around. At some point, the client stops paying the bills.

What do you do?

First thought is to get lawyers involved. Then again, you can take a page out of the mob's handbook and break some legs. Finally, and maybe the most threatening collection tactic of them all, you throw media style.

This is yet another example of how social media can impact a brand - positive or negative.
