Seems as if the Pats are going to be REALLY thin in the running back position for a couple more weeks. Great.Report: Morris to miss 2-3 weeks:
(Via The Point After).
Writing on NFL.com. Adam Schefter reports that according to a league source, running back Sammy Morris, who suffered a knee injury Monday night against Denver, is expected to be sidelined 2-3 weeks.
According to Schefter, running back LaMont Jordan also aggravated his calf injury Wednesday and is unlikely to play Sunday for the third straight week.
That means the Pats will face the St. Louis Rams Sunday with just three healthy backs in Kevin Faulk, Heath Evans and BenJarvus Green-Ellis.
Great. Just great.
