The FM radio was all abuzz on politics this morning, specifically about advertising attacks and rap lyrics.
Apparently, McCain feels Obama is more of a celeb than a political figure and should be placed in the same bucket as Paris Hilton.
As for the controversy over rap lyrics, well, read it for yourself:
"But those aren't the lyrics that have displeased the Obama team. On the song, 'Cris expresses other thoughts on the political climate, calling Hillary Clinton "irrelevant" and insinuating that Jesse Jackson's apology to Obama for some recent crude statements wasn't genuine. Like many of his peers, he also complains about President George W. Bush's "poor" job while in office. "McCain don't belong in any chair unless he's paralyzed/ Yeah I said it, 'cause Bush is mentally handicapped," Luda raps."
I enjoy the mud slinging and the political banter because at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. What matters is their political views and what they promise they will do while in office (whether that pans out is a different subject all together.
