I love to hate Comcast, but...

I love to hate Comcast. Every time I get a bill, I swear that's some additional charge, taxes, fees, etc.

Melanie has got me thinking otherwise, however. I guess social media really CAN help companies change attitudes.

It's certainly a step in the right direction. I'm pretty sure the Comcast over-the-phone support sucks, but it's no matter because every time I have an issue, I'll be going to Frank.

Ok, so I think my comment didn't go through...

Was just going to say that I'm sure the over-the-phone customer service still sucks, but it's no matter because I will be going to Frank for everything Comcast-related.
